Buffalo Family Photographer | Knox Farm Golden Hour Family Photos

I stepped out of my car and heard a tiny voice yell “Hi Amie” and it was this sweet little girl. Shea stole my heart before we even left the parking lot of Knox Farms in East Aurora.

This was my first ever session at Knox Farms in Buffalo! A lot of Buffalo and WNY Family Photographers use this spot frequently and now I see why. It is filled with tall grasses and huge lush trees. There is even a dog park! Centrally located between the North and Southtowns, its a perfect meeting spot for Buffalo family photo sessions!

I met this sweet family for golden hour family photos. As we walked back to the perfect little photo spot Ashley and I quickly bonded over our love of bamboo baby pajamas and clothing. If you’ve never owned any Posh Peanut, Angel Dear or Kate Quinn clothing you need to try it. Bamboo is so so soft and comfy! It is also super stretchy and will last far longer than cotton baby clothes! Check out these Little Sleepies pj’s that have cuffs that fold over into footies! Although Ashley and I could talk about this forever we did need to take some photos.

My family sessions with young children are very laid back. We take a candid, lifestyle approach because most toddlers don’t enjoy sitting still and saying cheese into a camera. So thats exactly what we did with Shea. What’s better as a Mom than just hanging out with your toddler, letting her smell the flowers and enjoy nature while taking some family photos in Buffalo.
